Clear decision workflow

Every article, image, category, link and legal page is reviewed under the same rule: missing information is never treated as if it exists. The workflow below is the publication gate for the library.

1 · IdentifyClassify the gap: content, fact, source, statistic, image, licence, author, experience, date, price, product, location, link, category, SEO, AEO, technical or legal information.

2 · Decide whether it is requiredIf it is not needed, omit it. Do not fill space for its own sake.

3 · Check whether it can be verifiedUse an appropriate trustworthy source and check date, context, authority and currentness.

4 · Resolve conflictsInvestigate differences in definitions, dates and scope. If the conflict remains, state the uncertainty or omit the claim.

5 · Rewrite safelyIf the article works without the unsupported detail, remove it and preserve the useful answer.

6 · Use a safe alternativeChoose a verified general explanation, a different reliable source, a clearly labelled example, a real image or an existing relevant link.

Special rules

Images: use a real, legally usable photograph or omit it. AI-generated imagery is not an acceptable replacement.
Statistics and prices: publish a number only with a current, contextual source. Otherwise rewrite without it.
Experience and authors: never invent a personal experience, biography, profession or credential.
Internal links: link only to a relevant article that exists. A missing supporting guide becomes a content opportunity, not a broken URL.
Categories: add a subcategory only when a broader cluster supports it; never create a one-article category to fill a gap.

Publication statuses

ReadyAll critical information is verified and the page satisfies its intent.

Needs reviewThe page is useful but requires editorial or source verification.

Data neededImportant information must be supplied or researched.

Do not publishA critical item is unverified, materially incomplete or presents a significant trust issue.

Image-source policy. Third-party photographs are credited to their identified source pages. Attribution does not transfer ownership or create a licence; rights holders can use the Copyright Policy contact process to request review or removal.

Final priority

Accuracy → User usefulness → Trust → Compliance → SEO → AEO → Word count. No article is padded with unsupported claims merely to reach a target length or keyword count.
